I am a lover of soul, funk, disco, jazz, drum 'n bass and hip-hop; I like to make people dance with the music I write This is displayed in my original music in the form of soul influenced vocals, stacked horn sections, lyrical basslines, analog synths, contrapuntal funk guitars and lots of RHODES.

I often perform shows of cover songs with just one rule: I have to love the songs myself. Some of my favorite artist to cover are Marvin Gaye, Maxwell, Bill Withers, Stevie Wonder, Chaka Khan, Michael McDonald, Mary J. Blige, Steely Dan and Chromeo.

Music Festivals

Although I have spent many, many hours in the recording studio, live performance is where my heart lies. With my band of some of San Diego's tastiest cats I want to get out there and perform at as many music festivals as possible, wherever, whenever, till the day I die.
