So until this Covid thing works itself out one way or another and some semblance of a live music scene comes back, I think i am just going to keep on keeping on by getting online once a week and having a bit of a sing over some looping bizniss. While I am based back in Wales having some much needed family time, I will continue to bring you new music from my imminently incoming lockdown album TOUGH STUFF plus any new covers I feel inclined to learn. Breaking it down to the bare essentials once again at what is fast becoming San Diego’s Hotspot for all things New, Hip and Intimate in the Normal Heights Music District. Expect carefully curated old school future bangers coupled with Jonny’s slant on the Nu-Jazz Digital Soul he has become recognized for since moving to the USA from the UK in a four to the floor DJ style mix of live looping and heaviness. We love to wedge ourselves firmly onto the stage at this little gem for a proper knees up to some loops and breaks and stand up bass (hopefully, haven't asked him yet). Never a dull went here at The Den and we aim come in white hot with a bevy of stone cold bangers. Get a lean on and join for what always becomes a rowdy get down. Funkstep, Horrorcore and Saw Wave flavors on the menu. Mine's a double. 

Yeah, so we got a daytime show at the sweetest brewery/music venue in town. Gonna be stripping it down to the duo set up for the concert series at Karl Strauss. Loops, Beat Box, Horns, Foot Slapping Fun. Original tunes only. All Killer, No Filler.

Back on the cosiest stage in all of San Diego, the Sycamore Den is avenue to to be reckoned with. Always and I mean always buzzing. Expect JT originals and a few choicely curated covers thrown into the grinder. DANCE. The Normal heights abnormal knights ride again.

We will be opening for the local band SLOWER. We will be playing our original disco funk and four to the floor jazz biznizz and SLOWER are bringing their own take on an 'extensive repertoire of songs spanning five decades'. Love this venue. Love Pacific Beach. Do it.
